The property need a deep cleaning. We noted spider webs around all windows and dust on and under tables. Kitchen was well equipped and clean, bathroom floor had grout coming out between tiles and very poor tile work in the shower - messy grout application. Counter top in bathroom was filled with calulk on the end that did not meet wall! Suggest moving dishes from beside refrigerator to beside stove and moving seasonings from over stove to beside refrig. Some nice placemats would help the overall apprerance - we left a couple as a gift. Overall we would say acceptable but we would not recommend. We have stayed in other Pinehurst Manor properties that we in much better condition.
