Ideally located, this pleasant one-bedroom apartment (approximately 45 m²) is on the second floor of a building with an elevator, on one of Arcachon's most beautiful avenues. It features a large terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining. A private, secure underground parking space is included (though it is a small space).
The living room includes a sofa bed for two, a TV (no Wi-Fi), and a small dining area, opening onto the terrace.
There is a separate, well-equipped kitchen with a stovetop, microwave/grill, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and washing machine.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm), a wardrobe, and a TV, also opening onto the balcony.
There is a shower room and a separate toilet.
