About this apartment rental
Privileged location for this apartment in the city center, in the popular area of the Casino de la Plage, in a beautiful residence, 100m from the seafront and the main beach of Arcachon, restaurants and the pier, 500m from the train station.
An ideal location for a beach holiday or visits to the city and the Bay of Arcachon without the need to take the car.
Our apartment, bright and sunny in the morning, is a T2 of 38 m2, not overlooked. Located on a high floor with elevator of a luxury residence, it benefits from a very pleasant location.
It consists of an entrance, a living room with a lounge area with sofa bed (type BZ - 140) and armchair and a dining area (round table for 4 people), a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher,...), a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and baby cot if necessary with access to a balcony, a bathroom and separate toilet.
The layout and equipment of this apartment allow you to comfortably accommodate 3 people depending on the composition of the family. Ideal for couples or families with 1 child and/or 1 baby.
The living room and kitchen open onto a first balcony with a bistro table for meals for two, the bedroom opens onto a second balcony, both facing east.
The 3-star Furnished Tourist Classification is awarded to this accommodation dedicated to seasonal rentals and open all year round.
FREE SERVICES:
- BB KIT: depending on the age of the child, travel cot, high chair, changing mat, toilet reducer, bathtub and bathrobe.
- PARKING: numbered space in the basement of the residence, recommended for vehicles in the city or compact range.
OPTIONAL SERVICES:
- Linen rental package 40€ for 1 bed, 70€ for 2 beds including bed linen, towels and table linen, dish towels, beds made on arrival (one lot/stay)

Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueilli par nos hôtes dans leur magnifique appartement très bien entretenu et très bien équipé. Il est également très bien situé a quelques mètres de la plage et du centre ville. Attention au parking qui est effectivement petit pour les manœuvres. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la voiture de la semaine. nous avons passé un très bon séjour où nous reviendrons. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse.

A 100 m à peine de la plage principale, commerces et marché à proximité, 2 petits balcons bien pratiques sans vis à vis, idéal pour 2 personnes

Un emplacement idéal pour visiter Arcachon à pied ou à vélo en laissant la voiture dans le garage de la résidence. Un accueil attentif et souriant des propriétaires de cet appartement impeccable.
