L'Oliveraie - Charming villa with a private pool and landscaped garden near Uzès

A few minutes from Uzès, in the peaceful hamlet of Saint Médiers, is located L'Oliveraie.
It is a charming Provençal villa of 115 m² that can comfortably accommodate from 2 to 6 people.
Decorated with care in the spirit of the art of living in Provence, the house combines authenticity, comfort and conviviality.
It includes three bedrooms, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a dining room, a large living room with fireplace, two shower rooms, two toilets and a laundry room.

The house opens onto a pleasant garden where the private swimming pool blends harmoniously into the landscape. Between a covered terrace for meals and moments of relaxation in all seasons, a shaded arbour near the pool and areas conducive to rest, everyone can enjoy the sweetness of life in the south at the gates of Provence at their own pace.

Out of sight, thanks to generous vegetation and carefully preserved natural hedges, L'Oliveraie offers real privacy without breaking the link with the surrounding nature.

Beyond the garden, the olive trees naturally extend the property and open onto the vineyards and the landscapes of the Uzetian countryside.
This openness to nature provides a pleasant feeling of space, freedom and serenity.

Over the years, the vegetation has developed and today fully participates in the charm of the place.
In this green setting, the gaze still focuses on the surrounding countryside, while the proximity of Uzès and its famous Duchy reminds us that we are in the heart of one of the most beautiful regions of the Gard.

For more than twenty-five years, we have had the pleasure of welcoming holidaymakers to this house. Many of them have renewed their trust in us for more than fifteen years, seduced by the warm atmosphere of the place, the quality of the environment and the sweetness of life that reigns in Saint Médiers.

Thanks to the privileged microclimate of Saint-Médiers, L'Oliveraie can be wonderfully discovered throughout the year.
Even in winter, it is not uncommon to have lunch on the terrace or to enjoy the sun comfortably installed on a deckchair. After a walk in the scrubland, a bike ride or a few hours of teleworking, everyone is happy to return to the comfort of the living room and the warmth of the fireplace.

Nearby, you can also enjoy the heated swimming pool of Uzès, the many outdoor activities and wellness courses offered in the region.
