This stylish, air-conditioned accommodation dates from 2015 and meets RT2012 standards for waterproofing and insulation. 3 STAR TOURIST FURNITURE. Located on the 1st floor of our villa (staircase for reduced mobility), it is completely independent, the villa is fully enclosed, entrance with remote control, access to the swimming pool and barbecue area. it includes a kitchen-dining room, a bedroom, a living room with high-end sofa bed, a terrace, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large sink (work surface 1m30) and separate WC. The garden is shaded and very flowery with a play corner for children. The swimming pool is secure and measures 5m by 10m with Roman entry. The walls are stony and the roof in old tiles. The equipment is comfortable and very complete, 42 "HD television, fridge, oven, hob, extractor hood, vacuum cleaner, etc. Household linen is provided in line with the number of holidaymakers. Wifi access allows you not to disconnect completely.

We had a fantastic holiday here- the apartment was spotlessly clean, and the owners Eve and Alain very friendly and welcoming. The location is great- a 5 min walk to the local boulangerie for fresh croissants and bread, and an ideal base to explore the local area with loads of places to see and explore. We very much appreciated all the baby items too!

We have just spent a week at Le Carbet and we've had a wonderful time. Alain and Eve were so welcoming and kind, nothing was too much trouble.The appartment is beautiful and the air conditioning was a life saver in the recent heat wave. The swimming pool is fantastic and having it all to ourselves was a real treat. The location is ideal - it's only a short drive into Uzès and the village is only a 5 minute walk away. A week at Le Carbet

We have just returned from a lovely week at Le Carbet. The hosts, Alain and Eve were so hospitable and welcoming. The property itself is beautiful with a lovely pool and huge garden area providing quiet shade. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. Air conditioning throughout meant that it was nice and cool upon our return from sightseeing at the end of the day. Le Carbet is in a perfect area to explore Uzès, Pont du Gard, Nîmes and Arles. We look forward to being able to return in the future.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alain et Ève qui ont été accueillants, attentionnés et agréables tout au long du séjour. Le logement est bien agencé, fonctionnel et très propre.La propriété est bien sécurisée et adaptée que se soit pour les enfants ou les animaux. Nous avons apprécié la piscine qui est également sécurisée et bien entretenue au quotidien. De part leur gentillesse, Alain et Ève n’ont pas hésité à être aux petits soins auprès de notre petite famille et de nos chiens. Nous recommandons de venir séjourner à cet endroit. Vacances au top 👌

Gîte tout confort, avec un extérieur magnifiquement arboré et entretenu. On se sent comme à la maison, les hôtes Alain et Eve sont d'une gentillesse, de plus très à l'écoute et disponible tout en étant très discret. Nous avons passé vraiment un super moment dans ce gîte bien équipé et bien situé. La piscine est sublime, bref tout était réuni! Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir. Famille Cannelle et Pongo

Nous avons passé une belle semaine chez Eve et Alain. La région est à découvrir et à re-découvrir ! Le logement d'une propreté impeccable et très bien équipé, un magnifique jardin équipé de jeux pour les enfants, et une superbe piscine : tout y était pour régaler toute la famille. Eve et Alain ont été très accueillants, disponibles et discrets. On ne peut que recommander ce logement de vacances !

Cadre super!! Des personnes très accueillantes et à l'écoute, quasi transparentes malgré qu'elles soient dans le même lieu. Un endroit calme, tranquille, intime, de quoi bien se retrouver se famille. Des visites historiques à pertes de vues. Nous pensons bien revenir dans 2 ou 3 ans.😊👍👍😁

Nous avons passé chez Eve et Alain des vacances très reposantes, la demeure est vraiment très agréables Le jardin et la piscine sont de vrais points forts, tout comme l'accueil et la sympathie de nos hôtes, si gentils et si discrets à la fois. Plein de beaux endroits à voir aux alentours, bref, de très bonnes vacances !

Super semaine dans ce gîte très propre, parfaitement équipé et placé près de toutes les commodités. Il y a beaucoup de jouets et d'équipements pour les enfants et même les bébés. La piscine est superbe ! Cerise sur le gâteau: les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils. Ils sont très discrets et toujours disponibles. Nous espérons revenir car cette location est tout simplement parfaite !

Nous avons passé une excellent séjour chez Ève et Alain avec nos deux enfants (2 et 4 ans). L’appartement est très propre et fonctionnel, parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Bien équipé, literie confortable, climatisation. Le jardin est très agréable et adapté aux enfants, belle et grande piscine sécurisé. Alain et Ève sont très accueillants et disponibles en cas de souci, tout en étant discrets. On se se sent chez soi. Nous recommandons vivement !

Quel bonheur d’avoir des hôtes aussi sympathiques et aux petits soins. Un immense MERCI à Mamie Ève et Papi Alain (comme ils se font appeler) pour leur accueil très chaleureux. L’appartement et la propriété sont très bien entretenus, et très bien équipés. Idéal pour des familles avec de jeunes enfants (piscine sécurisée, équipements et jeux pour enfants), l’endroit est très calme et proche de tout ! (Boulangerie à pied, grand supermarché à 3 min, Uzès a 5 min, et de nombreuses visites à proximité). Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Un point important pour nous : la literie très bonne et appartement très propre. La piscine et le jardin sont agréables. Nous avons été séduits par la région que nous ne connaissions pas. Ce n’est pas sans émotion que nous repartons, avec l’espoir de vous revoir.

Super propriété au coeur d'un beau petit village très calme. Boulangerie , petite épicerie et pizzeria accessibles à pied en moins de 5 minutes. Nous avons adoré notre semaine chez Eve et Alain. Leur propriété est magnifique : nos 2 enfants (2 ans et 12 ans) ont adoré le jardin (balançoire, trampoline…) et surtout la merveilleuse piscine. Eve et Alain nous ont fait passer un très bon séjour, on se sent tout de suite comme à la maison ! Ils sont très discrets et toujours là en cas de soucis ou si l'on a besoin de conseils. De plus, Uzès est une ville magnifique, à voir absolument ainsi que le pont du Gard. Nous conseillons vivement cet endroit...

Eine äußerst empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Wohnung war durch die Klimaanlage wohl temperiert, der Pool ganz toll. Alles war in hervorragendem Zustand. Am besten aber waren unsere Vermieter, ein sehr persönlicher Umgang, Hilfestellungen wo sie nötig waren (vielen Dank!) und ganz nette Gespräche, obwohl unsere Französischkenntnisse begrenzt sind. Unser kleiner Hund wurde liebevoll aufgenommen, konnte auch allein bleiben, wenn Museumsbesuche vorgesehen waren. Die Tage vergingen viel zu schnell, eine wunderbare Zeit. Wir können dieses Appartment bestens weiterempfehlen und würden jeder Zeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Einen lieben Gruß an Eve und Alain (und an Camille et Mathilde) Susanne, Ulrich et Martha

Cette semaine de vacances a été magnifique. Que dire à part que Mamie Eve et Papi Alain (comme ils se font appeler) nous ont réservés un accueil chaleureux et amical. Deux personnes avenantes, gentilles et très attachantes qui sont à la fois à notre disposition quand nous avons des questions et discrètes. J'espère que les tortues vont bien et nous espérons avoir des nouvelles. Nous retournerons surement dans ce petit coin de paradis où nous avons pu nous ressourcer.

Wir haben unsere Zeit bei Eve und Alain sehr genossen. Die beiden waren sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist mit einer Schiebewand vom Wohnraum abtrennbar. Der Garten mit Pool ist ausreichend mit Liegen, Tischen und Stühlen ausgestattet, so dass jeder seinen Lieblingsplatz finden kann. In Montaren erreicht man bequem per Fuß den Bäcker, einen Bioladen mit Obst, Gemüse, Wurst, Käse, die Pizzeria und das sehr zu empfehlende Restaurant "la table 2 julien". Auf dem Weg nach Uzès (3 km) gibt es noch einen riesigen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, da im Umkreis von 1 Stunde ganz viele Ausflugsziele erreichbar sind.

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einem tollen Grundstück und ist sehr gepflegt. Wir waren zu 4 dort und haben eine Woche sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die sehr aufmerksamen Vermieter leisten gerne und schnell Hilfe bei Problemen/Fragen . Ein Reisebett für Kleinkinder ist vorhanden. Die Räume sind mit modernen Klimageräten ausgestattet. Das Grundstück und der Pool steht zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. Am Pool ist ein offener Barbecue Bereich auch für die Gäste nutzbar. Der Garten bietet Spiel und Sportgeräte für Kinder unterschiedlichen Alters. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt und wird durch die Vermieter in gutem Zustand gehalten. Wir haben tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht. Mittelmeer , die Höhlen von Chauvet sowie Avignon sind jeweils ca 45 bis 60 Minuten entfernt. Ein toller typischer Bäcker/Bäcker und ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Très belle location calme bien équipée, emplacement idéal à quelques minutes d'Uzes. Magnifique jardin avec piscine aménagé pour les enfants. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Montaren. Les propriétaires sont gentils, accueillants et toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description qui en est faite sur Abritel. Il est neuf, propre et très bien équipé : climatisation récente, cuisine super équipée, machine à laver, sèche cheveux, linge de maison, TV et accès internet. Nous avons eu libre accès au jardin, au barbecue ainsi qu'à la belle et grande piscine. Les propriétaires se font discrets, nous nous sentions presque comme à la maison. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Merci à eux pour leur hospitalité :-)

"bienvenue chez nous" sans être formulé , c'est ce que AlAIN et EVE nous ont sentir dès notre arrivée dans leur meublé tout neuf, accueillant et bien équipé, nous étions venus pour nous reposer et connaître UZES qui a fait notre conquête! à l'ombre de l'olivier , j'ai lu , j'ai apprécié à toute heure du jour la piscine qui a fait mon bonheur , mon mari a couru le long des chemins de Montaren, ce fut 15 jours de dépaysement que nous n'oublierons pas ! Alain et Eve nous ont accueillis avec une très grande gentillesse dans leur belle propriété. L'appartement était très bien, très fonctionnel, la piscine très agréable. L'environnement sécurisé, avec les jeux, était idéal pour une famille comme la nôtre avec 2 enfants en bas âge, de 2 et 6 ans. La location se situe a proximité des commerces et très proches d'Uzès. La région est globalement magnifique, et nous ne nous sommes pas ennuyés une seule seconde sous le grand soleil du Gard.

À moi Nous rentrons d'un délicieux séjour dans le Gard et nous souhaitions faire partager notre avis et cette excellente adresse auprès des futurs vacanciers ! Les hotes ,Alain et Eve, sont des personnes très agréables ou leur accueil et leur hospitalité ne laissent pas indifferents. Ils savent recevoir et ils mettent très a l'aise ! Nous sommes venus avec 2 enfants en bas âges (5 mois et 2,5 ans) et c'est une adresse que nous recommanderions a tous les parents avec des enfants en bas âges : la piscine est entièrement sécurisée avec 2 niveaux de marches donc accessible pour les petits,le jardin est entièrement clôturé. A l'Interieur,ils nous avaient mis a disposition un lit parapluie, une baignoire pour enfants,un matelas a langer...très pratique ! Bref, une très bonne adresse que nous vous recommandons,en plus tout est neuf ! Merci encore Alain et Eve pour ce beau séjour
