Really nice, convenient house, walk-able in to an absolutely lovely little French town with all you need for a holiday. Close to tons of beautiful places and the stunning river Gardon. Brigitte was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here with my parents (in their 70’s) my brother, his wife and child (4). The living area and bedrooms were all on one level so made it easy for my parents. We enjoyed the use of the back yard. It was very beautiful. A little bit on the edge of town so if you are walking, it’s lots of walking. The owner was lovely to deal with. Uzes was a highlight of my stay in France. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Roomy, well-equipped house within easy walking distance of the lovely tiwn of Uzès. The pool and shady garden were perfect for the hot weather. Our hostess, Brigitte was very friendly and accommodating. We hope to return again in the future.

Le jardin ombragé est salvateur en cas de fortes chaleurs ainsi que la piscine qui permet de se rafraîchir très agréablement. De même, la présence d'une climatisation à l'intérieur de la maison est un plus non négligeable. L'accueil de la propriétaire est facile et chaleureux. A proximité (800 mètres à peine à pied) se trouve le centre d'Uzès. De même une boulangerie très facile d'accès sur la même avenue.

Bien situé, entre l'accès aux commerces et les excursions on est relativement bien desservi. Nous avons pu profiter du calme mais aussi des activités proposées aux alentours avec les enfants. Le logement est grand et dispose de la climatisation fort appréciable en période caniculaire. Il se situe à la périphérie de la ville et proche d'un centre commercial. Il est très bien placé par rapport aux activités culturelles et sportives que propose la région. Le point négatif est la présence de moustiques dans le jardin.

Het is een heel fijn huis op een heerlijke locatie op loopafstand van het centrum van het mooie Uzes. Het contact met Brigitte was fijn ! De airco is noodzakelijk in het hoogseizoen. Het huis is prima, jammer dat er geen echte woonkamer is. Maar in de zomer zit je toch meestal buiten en mis je die niet. Enige minpuntje vonden wij de keuken, benodigdheden waren beperkt en niet altijd helemaal schoon. (broodplank en scherp broodmes waren er niet, toch handig voor de franse stokbroden) Maar zou absoluut weer boeken als we naar Uzes willen gaan in de toekomst.

Ce gite , très confortable, est prêt du centre. Aussi nous ne sommes pas obligés de prendre la voiture . C est pratique surtout que tous les parkings sont payants. Par contre, déçu par le jardin : il y a beaucoup de moustiques et beaucoup trop de bruit de voitures

Nous avons passé des moments fort sympathique. L'ensemble cuisine/salle à manger est très conviviale. Les 3 chambres ont des lits confortables en particulier pour ceux sensibles du dos. Il y a 2 salles de bain très pratique. Le jardin est agréable et il y a même une piscine.

Mme Favand nous a très gentiment accueilli dans cette jolie maison qui était en tout point conforme à la description. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la literie de bonne qualité, la cuisine bien équipée (cafetière Senseo, réchaud vitrocéramique) et connexion wifi sans problème.

Nous avons passé une tres agreable semaine dans cette belle maison tres pratique, joliement agencée, le jardin ombragé est tres appreciable, la piscine permet de se rafraichir et aux enfants de s'eclater. Nous avons laissé la voiture au parking pour nous rendre dans le centre d'uzes a pied ce qui est un vrai avantage. Nous recommandons vivement cette location sans compter que la proprietaire est tres sympa. Muriel
