The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The property was in a great location. Steps from the famous Jones Street and close to Bull St. Unfortunately, it could have been cleaner. At first glance it looked fine butt I became aware that things were dusty and there were human hairs in the walk in closet and a used q-tip in the upstairs hall. On the other hand, the bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. It seems that no one bothered to vacuum after the previous guest/guests. I am a clean freak so it would be hard for me to recommend the property to others.
