About this apartment rental
Summary:
Tastefully modern garden-level apartment right on the beautiful, historic Jones Street. The owner of this unit is a famous Emmy winning Director, who just recently had the whole place remodeled. It is clean, modern and plenty bright with windows facing Jones Street and Barnard St. We are right in the heart of the Historic District with some of the most iconic restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. We offer free WiFi, a Smart TV, washer/dryer and plenty of lounge space for a perfect, relaxing getaway!

The Space:
We offer a very spacious living/dining area with plenty of seating. We have a generously sized kitchen that is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances for those who like to cook. We have a drip coffee maker for your use and we stock coffee and fixings to go with it. The queen bedroom has a dresser and a walk-in closet for those who like to pack a bit on the heavier side! The bathroom has a walk-in glass shower with modern tile. If you need to do laundry while you are here, there is a washer/dryer in the closet for your use :)
Guest Access:
You may use anything in the apartment that suits your fancy :) as we stated above, we have a free washer/dryer for your use in the closet by the bathroom. There is an outdoor storage area behind the front iron gate if you want to leave sandy beach chairs, wet umbrellas, etc.
The Neighborhood:
Our place is on the coveted Jones Street right in the heart of the Historic District in Downtown Savannah. We have a very safe neighborhood where many of the folks live permanently. It is tucked away just enough from the tourist areas so that it is quite at night, but just a quick walk to the action. Truly family-oriented! We are just under a mile away from City Market/River Street/Bay Street.
Getting Around:
There is a FREE shuttle that picks up just one block down Jones at the corner of Whitaker/Jones. This will take you up and down the Historic District and can drop you off at City Market. Otherwise we recommend using Uber/Lyft as parking around town can be pretty chaotic and is usually less than $5 to get anywhere.
Other Things to Note:
There are residents that live above, next door, behind, etc. (many of whom live permanently) so we just ask that you are respectful and courteous to your neighbors.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available to guests via mobile Monday-Friday 9am-9pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am-8pm. We don't live far so if you should need anything or have any issues, just let us know.

Beautiful area! The location was great for walking to downtown but far enough away from the crowds. Nice to have a place to park at the rental. Hosts communication was excellent!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the apt on Jones St. Savannah was a gem! The apt was spotless, updated, fit our needs perfectly. Walkable to River St and many other sites. Great coffee shop 2 blocks down the at. A unique linen/paper shop a block beyond that!

This property was excellent! It was not only on a beautiful street, but we felt so safe. The apartment was clean and modern, but still had all the charm you could want. Booking, check in and communication was awesome. Will definitely try and stay at this location again!!!

Strong smell of paint and stale, musty air the 2 nights we stayed there. There was an air purifier but it wasn’t working. Should air it out before renters check in would have been nice.Property was clean, washing machine and dryer were good incentive and some toiletries. Free parking was a plus. Quiet neighborhood.
