About this villa rental
Located on the Emerald Coast, 2 km from two beaches, in the seaside resort of Saint-Lunaire (near Dinard and Saint-Briac-sur-Mer), a magnificent new villa of approximately 150 m² featuring 5 bedrooms (including 1 on the first floor with a private bathroom) and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious 46 m² living/dining area flooded with light thanks to large sliding glass doors.
The living area features a spacious living room (with a view of the pool) furnished with two sofas and a corner stove with a beautiful glass-fronted fire. The living area features a high-definition home theater system with an LED screen (117 cm) and a high-end Sonos sound system (soundbar, subwoofer, and surround speakers).
The kitchen includes a high-end induction cooktop (Tesla Elica), a Samsung Dual Cook oven, a De’Longhi Dedica espresso machine, and a Nespresso coffee maker.
The outdoor areas are landscaped and fenced. The landscaping is harmonious and creates a beautiful green space: palm trees, olive trees, hydrangeas, pink and red oleanders, lavender, heather, and more...
The pool is fully enclosed and heated (28°C) from May through the end of September; it is equipped with an electric cover and a pool deck with lounge chairs. You’ll also enjoy a large terrace featuring an outdoor lounge area with benches, armchairs, coffee tables, and umbrellas; the other area is furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs that can seat 10 people for lunch.
Upstairs, a bathroom (with a sink, a large walk-in shower, and a towel warmer) as well as 4 bedrooms with natural oak hardwood floors await you, each featuring a walk-in closet and flexible bedding options: 2 beds measuring 80x200 cm or 1 double bed measuring 160x200 cm.

We enjoyed a lovely week at Virginie and Sylvain's house in St Lunaire. The swimming pool was a real bonus in the hot weather! The house is beautifully presented and is very well-equipped. There are lots of things to do in the surrounding area and plenty of amenities nearby. Virginie and Sylvain are excellent hosts.
We would recommend both the house and its owners to future holidaymakers.
