You will be seduced by its neat, modern and atypical decoration in Guadeloupe.
The rooms are all well ventilated and benefit from beautiful ceiling heights that allow the air to circulate and thus offer a permanent freshness in the villa.
The terrace is cozy, furnished with very comfortable sofas that combine modernity and tradition. The balustrades that surround it give it this Creole charm. It emerges here a sweetness of life very pleasant ...
The house opens onto a beautiful tropical garden of 2,000 m² fully fenced which will offer generously, in season, mangoes, carambola, avocado and other tropical fruits.
Two master suites with shower and toilet and two bedrooms with bathroom.
The 4 bedrooms are air conditioned, the kitchen organized around a central island is fully equipped: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge capacity, freezer, coffee maker, espresso machine, dishwasher and a bottom of grocery.
Washing machine and dryer also.
A wifi connection is at your disposal.
Two lounges will allow you to relax. A TV lounge and a second under the large covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden.

We were 2 families with young kids and had a great time at Villa Magenta.
The villa itself has a very nice layout with a huge living area and 2 adult bedrooms overlooking the lovely pool and gardens. The house is very well equipped including great cooking equipment and beach furniture.
The pool is very good.
Check in/out and comms were also great.
A little out of the way but in easy reach of some of a Guadeloupe's best beaches.
All in all highly recommended

We just returned from an outstanding vacation. The house is exactly as beautiful, modern, and well kept as it shows in the picture. Eric and Valerie have been beyond kind and supportive during the booking process, the entirety of our stay, and at check out.
We truly loved our stay and are looking forward to return!

We just returned from a terrific 8-night stay at Villa Magenta in St. Francois, Guadeloupe. The house is an indoor/outdoor home, with large garage-style doors opening to the spacious deck and private pool. The kitchen is modern, well-appointed and with every appliance necessary for a vacation stay. The 4 bedrooms were comfortable and included much-needed air conditioning and mosquito nets, which we benefitted from each night. The home is convenient to St. Francois with local bakeries, restaurants and grocery shopping. We were able to walk down to the local beach (10 minutes) and used our car to drive everywhere on the island. Eric, the property manager was helpful and very accessible. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Villa Magenta!
