About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this charming 150 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Saint-François, 800 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a pretty 70 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and three shower rooms. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 70 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds
- 3 bathrooms with shower
- 3 separate WCs
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 7m x 3m saltwater swimming pool (private, unheated) secured by an alarm.
- A 100 m² terrace with furniture, 50 m² of which is covered, to make the most of the outdoor spaces.
The house is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 4 vehicles, including 2 covered spaces).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest airport: Guadeloupe-Maryse Condé, about 30 km away.
