Ideal for a stay with friends or family, this contemporary villa can accommodate up to 8 travellers.
Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa, armchairs and television, perfect for relaxing moments in front of a film. The open-plan kitchen leading into the living space is fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine are also at your disposal. You will be able to share your meals in the living area, where you can also enjoy the terrace.
On the night side, the villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms furnished with a Queen size bed (160/200) and a private shower room (one of the bedrooms is located upstairs with its private terrace overlooking the sea), as well as 1 air-conditioned bedroom equipped with two single beds (80/200) that can be pushed together to form a Queen size bed (160/200), with its private shower room.
For your comfort, a washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal. You can park up to two vehicles in the villa's private car park.
Outside, everything is designed for relaxation:
You will enjoy a large shaded terrace with its sofas to share the evening ti punch. Under the carbet, a dining area and the plancha await you for your convivial moments. The heated salt-water pool secured by a submerged alarm, its jacuzzi and sun loungers await you for afternoons placed under the sign of relaxation.
