About this villa rental
A 50-metre walk away, a small gate exclusive to the Residence will give you access to a path along the coastline leading to the beach of Anse des Rochers.
The villa is designed to accommodate 9 people (4 suites and an extra bed).
You will discover a villa with sea view, where everything has been thought out and decorated with care to allow you to have an excellent stay. Our first wish is to offer you optimal comfort and a pleasant passage.
The villa BELLA'SAND is arranged as follows:
1. On the first floor:
The fully equipped kitchen (wine cellar, American refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, 2 ovens, dishwasher, various utensils...) has been custom-designed to leave room for your culinary desires or why not a Creole cooking class! Everything revolves around this friendly living space. This area faces the living room which opens onto the terrace with a large table that can easily accommodate 10 guests.
In addition to its dining area which displays a magnificent view of part of the Guadeloupean archipelago, the house will offer you several relaxation areas: lounge room with cable TV, 2 beds, deckchairs, 2 small outdoor lounges, swimming pool, balcony with barbecue.
The salt pool (8m x 3m) with water overflow maintained weekly, is secured by a perimeter alarm. It sounds as soon as the perimeter defined around the pool is crossed. Young and old alike will enjoy enjoying the beach and the swimming pool.
On each side of the living room is a suite, offering a view of the sea. These 2 suites each include an air-conditioned bedroom, furnished with an office, equipped with a dressing room per occupant (2), a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilets.
Your privacy will be preserved thanks to their en-suite bathroom and discreet location at the ends of the villa.
The 2 bedrooms on the first floor open onto the terrace and give direct access to its layout and the swimming pool.
A laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and a steam generator will be freely at your disposal throughout your stay.
Your guests have their own toilets.
2. On the 1st floor:
At the back of the kitchen, a staircase will allow you to access a rest and relaxation area equipped with a cable TV and comfortable FAMA sofas. Books and comics about Guadeloupe, as well as board games will delight you.
As on the lower level, 2 master suites are located on each side of this space. In addition, these 2 rooms benefit from a private balcony with a living room. The sea view will caress your eyes with this even more intense blue on this floor.

This is a 10+ stay for us. Exquisite home with all the creature comforts and extremely clean in every nook and cranny. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super comfortable and afforded privacy and space to everyone. A living room and an upstairs lounge meant we had plenty of comfortable space for our party of 6.
The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. Definitely one of the best stocked vacation homes we've seen. We spent our time on the pool deck which had lots of sunny spots and covered places when we wanted a break from the sunshine. And all of this a 5-minute drive away from one of the best boulangeries on Guadeloupe. Good beaches like Raisin Clair and Bois du Jolan are nearby.
And all of that was excellent but what puts a property over the top is an excellent manager and we were lucky to meet Emilie who was gracious and thorough with her pre-arrival information, tour of the property and prompt replies to any inquiries. I would stay here again without hesitation!
