Offering 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this Gulf Shores vacation home comfortably sleeps 18-20 guests. Sea Biscuit's features include a fully stocked kitchen and expansive living room seating to accommodate the whole family. Upon entry to the main floor of Sea Biscuit, guests are greeted by an open-concept kitchen and living room overlooking a large deck, plus a king suite, a bunk room with 3 twin beds and 1 double bed to sleep up to 5 guests, and a bathroom in the hallway. Upstairs includes an additional living area with a sleeper sofa, another large deck, 3 king suites, and a bunk room with 3 twin beds and 1 double bed to sleep up to 5 guests. The private pool is located on the ground floor. Beyond the family-friendly floorplan, this Gulf Shores vacation home offers comfortable indoor and outdoor seating for every guest, generous flat-screen TVs in the living areas and bedrooms, and a large dining area for everyone to gather and enjoy a home-cooked meal together.
Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome at this property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Optional pool heating is available for an additional fee. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning protocol which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest. Only issue experienced is pots and pans are dated, food seems to stick when cooking. Overall would stay again Pool was great for kids Jellyfish were plentiful in the ocean and with the pool kids still had an amazing time Thank you

13 people were in the house. The bed situation was perfect for us with 4 king beds. The open concept living room kitchen was great to all be together. Short walk to the beach, having the pool was a huge plus. short car ride to many restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay and recommend this property again.

Grill was filthy, the grease tray was so full that it sparked a fire when the propane was ignited and the grill had to quickly be taken away from the building. There was a very large roach on the kitchen counter. The patio space has trash and was not in good order, the cushions on the pool furniture had a lot of bird droppings and the suspect bird has taken up residence on the sofa. There were no trash bags furnished. I have pictures of all stated.
