Our beautiful apartment with a capacity of 4 people (a double bed 140 and a sofa bed 90 plus drawer 90) all separated by a screen.
Facilities: air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC, a large fully covered terrace of 20m2 on which you can take your meals or enjoy an outdoor seating area for a drink when you return from the beach.

The apartment complex and pool are very well maintained, clean and safe. The apartment is very clean and updated and works well. The location is great, across the street from the beach, grocery, gas station and a nearby Boulanger. Several restaurants on the beach. Nice studio for a couple.

Excellent location with gas station, grocery store, beach, and restaurants within walking distance. Property and apartment are well maintained. Location of apartment in the complex was far enough away from the pool to be quite and still with quick access. Would stay there again.

Bright, clean, welcoming studio close to the beach of Anse-à-l'Âne, family spot and quiet place. (2 minutes walk)
Romain is on american/canadian way; he's very fast and AVAILABLE.
What you see on the pictures is what you get : You have a lot for the price.
I've tried multiple locations on this island and it's one of my favorite;
perfect place for discovering Martinique or stay quiet if you want on the terrasse.
Safety box, microwave, toaster oven, cooking utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker and many things are all in the kitchen for your convenience. Basic coffee/tea others supplies provided as well as spare blankets, sheets & towels . Iron & ironing board are also available in the studio and access to laundry facilities on the location site.
Easy access to transportation routes as well as ferry services for the capital, Fort-de France and Anse Mitan/ Pointe-du-Bout. Parking on the secured site. Multiple sports facilities on the beach and restaurants, grocery store is near by.
---For canadians who arrive with Air Canada on sunday pm's flight, don't hesitate to ask for water bottles or base product for your arrival; all the supermarket are closed sunday afternoon.---
