The flat is situated on the first floor in a complex of buildings. The flat is spacious with a big terrace and a gas grill. It has all the basic things you need - a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. Kitchen has a microwave and a cooker. Aircondition is available at 2 bedrooms, at the living room you have a ventilator only. You can also find a washing machine here which is pretty useful when you stay for a longer time of period. The area is pretty quiet and easy to be reached from the airport and also 10 min from the nearest beach by car. There is a small shop, souvenirs, post office and market near the church. If you want a bigger shopping, you can go to the Caraibe price supermarket which is also like 5 min by car away. The hosts are very nice and polite.

Unfortunately, there is literally now view from the terrace. Right next to it there are few palms and then another house. So, in case you like to sit in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy a nice view, this place might not be for you. Also, there is no beach in a walking distance, only by car. That can be a bit inconvenient when you are a group of people and everyone wants to do a different thing at the same time. However, in Martinique car is a must to go anywhere, so you can always jump in a car and travel around. I would also suggest having a kettle in the kitchen.
