Holiday rental for a wonderful holiday in one or two studios ref 1673227 and 1673230 on the same floor, on the 2nd floor, five meters away and located in a beautiful three-star hotel with all the free services attached to the Hotel: kayak, pedalo, windsurfing, multi-sports, volleyball, basketball, billiards, table football, gym, quiet pool, water sports pool with waterfall, ping-pong, various activities,
some services are paying: such as restaurants with two formulas: all inclusive or cheap free buffet, laundry, babysitting massages, hammam jaccuzzi and beauty treatments in cabins

Studio of 30 m2 air-conditioned, equipped with a large room with a large bed of 2 places + a sofa bed a person, a small extra mattress, large TV wall with CANAL +, CANAL + SPORT, TF1, safe, INTERNET WIFI, hair dryer, iron, bedding and towels, a bathroom, a toilet, a private terrace with a kitchenette equipped with all the elements useful for cooking: hotplate 2 lights, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, refrigerator, independent freezer and washing machine 3kg. THE TERRACE IS PROTECTED FROM THE SUN ARDENT AFTER MIDNIGHT THROUGH A STORE
The carayou, aparthotel has a private beach, two large swimming pools, one with waterfall, a volleyball court, basketball court, tennis court and bowling alley.
Nice view of the marina and all services nearby: restaurants shopping arcade, self-service, shops, beautiful white sand beach, sea shuttle, golf 3 km, car at attractive price.
Since the 01: 01/2019, it has been introduced a tourist tax of 1 € / adult / day to be paid with the balance of the rental

Très satisfaite concernant la location du studio qui était propre, spacieux, très fonctionnel et super bien situé. Grand lit de 160 cm très confortable, 2 lits superposés pratiques pour les enfants, belle salle de bains. Quel bonheur d'aller sur le balcon chaque matin pour admirer la superbe vue sur la Marina de la pointe du bout où on peut admirer les bateaux partant en croisière. Marina qui est à peine à 5 minutes à pied où on trouve Restos, glaciers et boutiques.
Possibilité d'utiliser les 2 piscines de la résidence ainsi que la petite plage, un vrai bonheur. D'autres plages sont à de courtes distances à pied de la résidence. Je ne peux que recommander cette location. Le propriétaire est à votre écoute et très amical. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir🤗

Bel appartement très fonctionnel. Le propriétaire est accueillant et agréable. Le cadre est verdoyant et paradisiaque; La résidence est dotée de 2 piscines et d'une plage. Idéal pour des vacances en famille.
