Real good value for quality, price, location.
This isn't 5 stars hotel room but you would everything you need + 2 pools access + prime location close to everything and few minutes walk for Fort de France ferry 👍

We had a fantastic time at the place. The room was clean, with nice interior, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient to everything we needed, within a 5-minute walk - the (hotel) beach, pools, shops, restaurants, and the ferry terminal. The host was very kind to meet us at the airport and immediately responded to any inquiries we had.

Everything was perfect. Our host was very generous and met us at the airport and was very helpful with starting us off in the right direction. The studio has a fantastic view of the harbor and access to all the resort facilities and is an easy walk to two public beaches, many stores and restaurants.
Access to the airport is a short 25 minute drive and the studio unit served as a perfect base for exploring Martinique. While driving is not for the faint of heart, a rental car will allow you to more fully experience the all that the Island has to offer. Truly amazing views, charming seaside villages and a quick boat ride to a fantastic walk-able capital city. Make time to visit the public markets and eat local cuisine.
I would recommend some french language skills , slowing down and taking your time to enjoy everything this beautiful place has to offer. Finally, be respectful and you will be rewarded many times over from the generosity and assistance from the Martinicans.
