Internally presented to an impeccable standard with great attention to detail this 2 bedroom property is a real credit to the owner who undertook the refurbishment.
Along with the quality workmanship throughout it is tastefully presented with a contemporary yet homely feel.
The property is situated just a 5 minute walk from York city centre. It has the added benefit of having off street parking for one car in the driveway area to the front.
The downstairs area features an open plan lounge and dining area with wood flooring and a Smart TV. The dining table can seat 4 for dinner. There is a modern kitchen towards the back of the property that features high end appliances and is well equipped for any length of stay.
To the rear of the property there is a private decked patio, perfect for enjoying a summer's evening.
Upstairs in the property you can find the bathroom featuring a shower over the bath along with the 2 bedrooms. There's one double room and the other room can be set as a super kingsize bed or twin beds upon request.

Stayed as a family of 4 booking directly with Stays York and the whole process was very easy. Before the stay I asked if we could park a bit early, which we could and as it happens we were able to get into the property much earlier than expected which really helped!
The location of the house is great - just a 10 minute walk or so to York Minster and to the main attractions and museums. The fact it has it's own parking space is also very useful! The accommodation was clean and modern and we had no issues with our stay.
We'd definitely book with Stays York again and highly recommend 92 Union Terrace for a family stay.

The accommodation was compact but had everything we needed as a family of 4. Its in a good location to visit the various sights of York and parking for 1 car was great (if a little tight!).

Management was super kind and generous. Cleaning was on a regular schedule, and they were prompt to inform of any changes or upcoming needs.

We had a really lovely stay here, so close to the centre, just 10 min walk. The parking space which is very handy indeed, particularly for a small car as it is tight to get in and out. Very comfortable with everything needed for our stay. It is fresh and very well kept, beds are comfy, kitchen has it all. It is a quiet enough area, taking in to consideration it is in the heart of the city. It would be nice to have some recycling facility at the property, or information on how to do so. Would wholeheartedly recommend a stay here and thanks to all at Stays York, your kindness, friendlyness, the ease of booking and your readyness to be helpful is very much appreciated.
