This romantic, newly renovated farmhouse (built in 1908), with approximately 170 square meters of living space, invites up to 15 people to relax and unwind across two floors. The house features 2 four-bed rooms, 2 three-bed rooms, and 1 sofa bed in the living room; 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets on the first floor, 1 toilet on the upper level, 1 fully equipped kitchen with spring water, and a separate living and dining area with a fully functional wood-burning tiled stove. A large backyard with seating and barbecue facilities is available free of charge at the rear of the house.
All major cities, such as Munich, Nuremberg, Regensburg, Ingolstadt, Augsburg, and Landshut, are within a 30- to 60-minute drive.
