In Haut Beaujolais, very close to the Saône et Loire, in the countryside, Joëlle and Bernard, recently retired farmers, will be delighted to welcome you to their 2 farm cottages located just 1km from the village of Trades. Animal lovers, they will be able to show you the chickens, cows and sheep of their son who took over the farm. (possibility of buying organic eggs) Many walks in the forest are available to you. You will have a large shared courtyard, with a bowling green and a covered shelter for 3 vehicles. Ideal for meeting up with family or friends, these two adjoining gîtes can accommodate up to 10 people. The large cottage for 7 people has on the ground floor a large living room with kitchen area and wood stove. Shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, the lounge area with sofa, armchair and TV. It has 3 bedrooms: a family room for 3 people (1 double bed and 1 single bed), 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 single beds) and 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 double bed), a large shower room with toilet. The cottage for 3 people has on the ground floor, a day room with kitchen area, a sofa. Shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, you will have access to a bedroom for 2 people (1 double bed) and a sleeping area on the mezzanine with 1 single bed. Outside: the terrace area (south facing) is equipped with table, chairs and stone charcoal barbecue for good times with family or friends. You can enjoy this space in complete peace, the owners have their own exterior overlooking the other side.
