In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.
Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!
Pet Policy: No Pets are allowed at this property. If there is evidence of pets being at the property during your stay, the renter will be charged a $500 fee to the same credit card used to book the reservation.

Sunset bungalow was perfect for our needs. We needed three sleeping areas and wanted a water view at a reasonable price point. Beds were comfortable and house was clean and well located. I didn't understand from the listing that the room with the 2 queen beds and the bunk bed was actually the original primary bedroom with the attached bath. The second bedroom--which you would think of as the main bedroom is actually the secondary bedroom with the bathroom down the hall. The third sleeping pace is in a converted sun porch and doesn't have its own door. These were not issues for us, but I mention them as they might be for someone else. The furnishings were a bit of a mis-mash--though adequate. The house would rent for a much higher price point if it was remodeled or greatly refresh refreshed. So, we were happy! Overall a really good value.

I think the house gave up some amenities for proximity to the beach but overall it was nice and a fun stay.
