End the day relaxing on the porch or stargazing from the sand. The Sunset Beach Bungalow offers the perfect mix of adventure and serenity.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.
Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!
Pet Policy: No Pets are allowed at this property. If there is evidence of pets being at the property during your stay, the renter will be charged a $500 fee to the same credit card used to book the reservation.

We could not ask for a better place to stay. The location was amazing with its water access and proximity to local businesses. We were able to relax, get whatever we needed, and enjoy our family time. The property itself was homey and comfortable.

Upon arriving everything seemed great. The deck was nice, we went down to the beach and it was hot. There is no shade to protect you next to the river. We ended up buying an "EZ UP" that was destroyed by the wind. We couldn't enjoy the beach or river from the hours between10am to 6pm because of the overbearing heat and lack of shade. We tried to do some laundry and there was a big leak inside the garage. My wife ended up slipping trying to get to the washer. We ended up not using the washers. I understand that the heat is not controllable by the host, but they could have provided some shade. Keep in mind the weather and lack of shade when considering your stay. The house is very nice, a little outdated but functional. There was a lack of paper products and didn't want to buy our own for fear of harming the septic system. The time we were by the river was great. Our kids had fun in the river.
