Centrally located in Downtown New Buffalo is an updated TWO bedroom, ONE bathroom home with incredible Gable Sunroom that has everything you need in walking distance...enjoy morning coffee at David's Deli, grocery shopping at Barney’s, spend the day at the New Buffalo Beach and evenings dining in New Buffalo's finest restaurants - Stray Dog, Beer Church, Villa Nova, Brewsters, Sonny’s, Caseys, Redamak’s as well as a late night ice cream treat at Oink’s or Nancy's. We even have a beautiful local Starbucks with a farmers market in back.
Downtown is walking distance - 3 blocks away. Marina 2 blocks
Lakeside House sleeps 4 comfortably;
• Bedroom #1 features a KING pillow top bed + custom built-in closet
• Bedroom #2 features a TWIN bunkbed + trundle bed
• Main room has a quality QUEEN 'Restoration Hardware' leather sleeper sofa + a TWIN daybed
• Sunroom has dining table for all and conversation area to enjoy bug free evenings

We ❤️ our neighbors! This is a residential area - Quiet hours are enforced - 10pm on weekDAYS and 11pm on weekENDS.
Other: Flat screen 55” TV with basic cable, Bluetooth speakers, secure WIFI, stackable washer/dryer, board games, Roku, DVD player, Roku on small DVD/TV set in second bedroom.
LIMIT is 5 people on property! Parking only for 2 cars on driveway - no street parking. City strictly enforces parking.
Cleaning Fee is $110
Chicago Visitors: Amtrak station is also only 4 blocks away - short 75 minute commute from Chicago.
NO MORE THAN 2 CARS ON PROPERTY - NO STREET PARKING JUST DRIVEWAY City ordinance is strict on parking and enforced with tickets.
NO THIRD PARTY RESERVATIONS - ie parents booking for their underaged kids. Reservation will be canceled and no refund given. NO DOGS - service, well behaved or older animals. We have a family member severely allergic to dogs. Found 2 new greenhouses, one in Niles and 1 in 3 oaks, with beautiful mums, had delicious dinner at brewsters.Good breakfast in three oaks at oaks, eatery, beautiful house and lots of fun

This was our second stay at this home and we were not disappointed. We love the location, but most of all, hanging out in the screened in porch after dinner. We hope to go back again soon!

check in was seamless, perfect location, an easy 15min walk to the lake. quiet & quaint. Kitchen is FULLY STOCKED for entertainment, w/d is very helpful to have. NEAT & CLEAN! Very well maintained property. HUGE sunroom was great, along w fire pit in the yard. BYO marshmallows, it was great! Didn't use the swing set, but that was super nice for kids. Bunk room also had a trundle, which is nice for extra guests.
