The house is exactly as presented in the listing. Very well stocked for any of your needs/wants. Everything is quite neat and clean as well. Owner is quite attentive and responsive as well. Highly recommended!

Good location. Walkable to downtown & beach. Big yard with nice deck area. Large comfortable couches in Living Room. And the Christmas lights & decorations were great!

I can't say enough about this house and our stay. The house is very comfortable, extremely well cared for and offers more than meets the eye. The support from the homeowner is also excellent.
It's really hard to explain just how much larger this home is than it looks. Even when you walk up to the front door the size is deceiving. The house does not look as big as it is. Inside it is spacious and updated. The outdoor yard is huge -- a great place for a group to relax at the end of the day on the deck, on the hammock, etc.
My wife and I stayed in the upstairs bedroom. It has a beautifully updated bathroom, a very comfortable bed and really cool skylights that have very effective shades to make the room dark or brighten it up. It also has its own AC unit in the room. See what I mean by nice touches?
All the bedrooms and bathrooms are nice. The kitchen is big and well appointed.
They offer towels and beach gear. It is a short walk to town and the beach or a very quick car ride. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. We were there for just a long weekend and we would love to go back for a longer stay.
Finally, the homeowners are great at communication. I had some weirdness on my end with my VRBO account and so I had to correspond with the homeowners about that a couple times. They were responsive and helpful. They asked when we would be there so they could start the AC to cool down the house and they messaged to see if we needed anything within minutes of our arrival.
