You will also find a guest bedroom that consists of 1 King Bed with a single twin bed over King Bed. This guest bedroom sleeps 3 comfortably. Excellent location in Watercolor close to the Watercolor Beach Club, shops, and restaurants and walkable or bikeable to Seaside. The owner, Chad, was extremely communicative and helped us troubleshoot any issues. Check-in was a smooth process. Chad even let us check-in an hour early. The only downsides were the unit could have been a little cleaner in some areas and there was some noise being next to the busy road (30A), especially with lots of spring breakers, but we expected this due to the location and other reviews. The primary bedroom is closest to the road and our kids’ room was further away, so they were not impacted by the noise. The rental was pretty basic with dishes and cooking utensils but had most everything we needed! We were pleasantly surprised by the beach toys and boogie board left for guests to use. We had a great trip with our kids and hope to come back soon! It was our fifth time to the 30A and second to Watercolor. We love the area!

Excellent communication with owner and very helpful with recommendations. This property is in a top notch location to beach, access to pools, restaurants and shopping whether you choose to walk and or bike. Looking forward to our next trip

Love Watercolor and the location. The amenities, pools, easy access to beach are so great. The grounds within watercolor are gorgeous. But the condo is used and a little outdated. Although everything was very clean, bathrooms need renovations. Not enough bathroom or kitchen towels supplied. Always doing laundry.
Great location if you have small children, close to everything.
