We’ve been coming to 30A for several years but this was the first time in Watercolor. We loved this condo’s location and enjoyed exploring the community on the bikes provided. The unit is spacious and we loved the outdoor deck and screened in porch. Everything was pretty much as described in the listing. We would definitely come back to this property again!

A few years ago, we stopped through WaterColors for a lunch at FOOW enroute to Sanibel. We were awed by the beautiful beaches and community, so decided to come and stay this year. Did not disappoint! The condo was excellent and very enjoyable, particularly with a few cool and rainy days. Will definitely book again.

We loved the convenience of the property and all the amenities that were left by the rental company. We had everything we needed and loved that we could walk to shops, restaurants, the pool and beach within minutes.

This was a great location, condo was spacious. It does need some updating. Hot water temp was regulated, needs new pans. Bikes need repairing. No smart Tv’s
