Overall a great place — very clean and they were pretty responsive when we called to get some extra towels and to replace our fridge. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of room for us and our 3 kids (8, 6, and 4). We loved the two porches and used them numerous times.Amenities of Watercolor are pretty hard to beat! Very walkable to shops and restaurants, and it was very quiet at night (we had some problems for fall break in Seaside).

This property states it sleeps 6 and only gives 5 amenity bands when checking in online. I called a couple of nights before to let the mgt group that I will need another band for myself. They said they would have an extra band in the envelope at my arrival. No xtra band was given. They would let me into the pool area or any of the amenities nor would they issue me a band. After numerous phone calls and promises, someone called me and told me to go to the property mgt office, which I did, to find out that a band was already sent out. So, I had to go back to the property and wait for the band to finally get to me so I could enjoy the beach and pool with my friends. When you take a vacation that is only 5 days and you miss the first day and half of the next day because the mgt company didn’t do what they said they would do it makes you and you guests not want to return.
