Summary:

Blue Lake Haven is a brand new lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. We fully equipped the home with everything you will likely need, because our goal is that you just have to pack your clothes, swimming suits, and water shoes. We recently added a hot tub, a large furnished deck with outdoor seating and dining, and a private boat dock and private beach area. The community has a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, beach, and boat slips available for use on a first-come-first-served basis.



The Space:

Experience comfort and luxury at our brand new modern and spacious lakefront home. You will love the lakefront shoreline with warm freshwater, your own private beach area, and nearby community marina. Enjoy the blue water views from our deck. We offer 2 living areas including the main living area, and an upstairs living area with family appropriate games. Relax in the great room with bright windows, a fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Use the High Speed Internet and free Wifi network to stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone! The home has an office, 4 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a half bathroom. The first floor has an open floor plan with a great room and adjacent large kitchen and dining areas, primary suite (King bed), 2 additional bedrooms, a laundry area and an easily accessible half bathroom. The second floor has the game room, and 1 additional bedroom and a full bath.



Guest Access:

You have full access to our entire house, and our property.



The Neighborhood:

The Waters sub-division offers unparalleled living with a clubhouse, a pool, tennis courts, beach, and boat slips available for use on a first-come-first-served basis. This premier waterfront residential neighborhood community is located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing.



This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.



Getting Around:

Our home is located in the The Waters sub-division. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with many vehicles. The siding is blue, there are 2 wicker chairs on the front porch, and the front door is white.

Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a gourmet kitchen that easily accommodates a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, new stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to make your own world famous super secret recipe. Coffee lovers will appreciate our nice selection of k-cups. Some outdoor amenities include: hot tub, smokeless fire pit, new deck, porch, patio, and propane gas grill, plus a private boat dock and beach area on our backyard shoreline. We have all kinds of fun activities including water toys, Smart TV with XBox Series X (plays DVD & Blu-Ray), sports equipment, board games, books, and an assortment of toys. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including: Washer & Dryer.



**Additional Information:**

- Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.

- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- 8 Adults Maximum

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking for up to 8 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed.

- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked.

During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

$ per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

$3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.



Interaction with Guests:

We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
