This spacious and thoughtfully designed lakefront home offers 5 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms, ideal for hosting large groups or family getaways. Relax in the stunning Great Room with soaring windows that flood the space with natural light and offer breathtaking lake views. The open-concept main floor includes a gourmet kitchen, elegant dining area, and a luxurious Primary Suite featuring a cozy nook perfect for reading, remote work, or simply unwinding.
The lower level provides even more space to spread out with a game room, entertainment area, and two additional bedrooms, each with outdoor access to the serene surroundings. Step outside to the expansive deck, where you can enjoy al fresco dining, grilling on the gas BBQ, or soaking in the private hot tub while taking in the peaceful views. End your day by the firepit near the water, making memories under the stars.

The Neighborhood:
Seclusion Shores is a premier waterfront residential community located on the exclusive Private Side of Lake Anna. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing.
This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft.
Unfortunately there is not a community boat ramp in this neighborhood so if you'd like to boat, you will need to contact DV Rentals, a neighbor-owned operation that delivers to the property. Book early; they fill up fast.
Getting Around:
While Seclusion Shores is generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction across the water at Compass Cove. We have ample free parking at our home for groups with many vehicles.
Other Things to Note:
If there’s something you need and it’s not listed, please ask for more information! Our fully equipped home is ready to host your getaway with a gourmet kitchen featuring ample counter space, modern appliances, and all the tools needed to prepare delicious meals. Coffee lovers can enjoy their favorite brew with our Keurig.
Outdoors, unwind on the spacious deck with a gas grill, soak in the private hot tub, or gather around the lakeside firepit. Water lovers will appreciate the dock with tie-up space for 2 boats, and easy access to Lake Anna’s warm waters. Indoors, enjoy the game room, board games, books, and entertainment options like Smart TVs for streaming.
For extended stays, the home includes a Washer & Dryer for your convenience. Whether you’re here for relaxation or adventure, Segundo Viento is equipped with everything you need for a memorable lakeside experience!
**Additional Information:**
- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- Located on Lake Anna’s Private Side.
- Dock accommodates tie-up space for 2 boats.
- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.
- Pet-friendly: Welcoming up to 2 dogs.
- There is no access to a community boat ramp in this neighborhood. You will not be able to bring your own boat or watercraft.
- Two of the beds are sofa beds in common areas.
**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
- $30 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
- $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

We booked a last-minute trip for a quick getaway with our son and his friend, plus our two little dogs. The boys had a wonderful time fishing on the lake with the provided kayaks and we took out our paddleboards. Home has a great set-up and could easily host 14 without feeling crowded. Close to local shops and breweries too! We stay at Lake Anna every summer and this might be our new favorite house! We appreciated the dog beds and loads of kitchen amenities!

The home was clean and spacious with plenty of amenities. We had a small issue prior to check in but the property managers were very quick to respond and resolved the issue quickly. For anyone bringing a boat, the dock tie up is suited for a pontoon boat. We had to improvise to effectively secure our wakeboard boat. Fortunately, the cove it's a no wake zone so it wasn't a major issue.

The house was a very cool design and very comfortable. The dock was also amazing and had great access to a secluded cove. My kids had a great time swimming and paddling around on the kayaks. We didn't use the deck above the boat house. There was some broken trim on the stairs going up and the deck boards are warped. There were small flies in a few of the bedrooms on the ceiling we had to clean up before going to bed. There were some stink bugs and some small spiders in various rooms.
