The condo is lovely, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Communication was excellent and the location was perfect. Great snorkeling right outside the door plus restaurants and a market in close walking distance. We will be back.

Location is a gated community with a security guard at the gate, felt very safe. Bring water shoes for shallow rocky ocean entrance. Walking friendly, also had a rental car. I would stay here again. Bud was great very responsive.

Great location on a quiet street. The sounds of waves crashing heard throughout the condo. Small rocky beach in front of condo . Walk to Akumal beach or lagoon. Beautiful!
