Grandview #205A -This condo is a beautifully appointed, second floor waterfront condo (no view). Enjoy a queen bed, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.
The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer. This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street. Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather.
Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

I thought the room would be bigger. It was clean and had all the essentials. The curtains should be darker as we had light from the hallway all night long. There was paint and molding in the closet which I think should’ve been removed.

Not quite a condo. Just a microwave and refrigerator with a few dishes and glassware. The only sink is the bathroom sink. More a hotel room than condo.
