This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Enjoy a king bed in the private master bedroom with a luxury en-suite bath, a queen bed in a second private bedroom, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area.

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.
Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

The public areas (pool, lake access, dock, etc) were all nice and not too crowded. The condo was nice but quite a few things were broken in the master bedroom upon arrival (towel rack and curtain rod were coming off the wall). We also were not pleased with the sunroofs that let in tons of light early morning since we were on the top floor. Other than that, the condo was nice and had everything we needed. Our only complaint regarding location was the fact that the parking lot can be a little tricky entering/exiting due to excessive traffic and the narrow one-way road it is located on. But overall, GrandView was a great place to stay.

The property is very run down. The property needs some major updating. The elevator has rat poop over head in the lights. Our room had stains in the carpet all the furniture and applliances have dents and paint chips counters are stained i can go on and on. However the location is great and the view is amazing. unfortunately the amout of money we spent for 5 days was not worth it we will be going back to cambel next year.
