This fourth floor condo is beautifully decorated, entertaining is easy in the spacious kitchen complete with a large island and stainless steel appliances.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Enjoy a king bed in the private master bedroom with a luxury en-suite bath, a queen bed in a second private bedroom, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area.

This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street. The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.
Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Our room was switched to a different room hours before our check-in. I was a little missed because we picked the original room due to the star rating and the room we ended up in is generally 50 less night than the room we paid for however, they were unable to credit us any of that money difference. . That said the room we stayed in room 40 one was very clean very nice and accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. I thought one hotel staff lady was a little rude and probably shouldn’t be working with the public. Again, none of this is the fault of the owners of the room we stayed in and it was a very nice room and would definitely rent it again.

Fantastic location. Easy walk to trails and downtown with lots of restaurants. Beautiful view!

For the last ten years we have rented a lake view 2 bedroom condo at a he Granview. The lack in of maintenance in the rooms is ever increasing. Compared to other higher end accommodations puts this property towards the bottom. Examples are tattered furniture, furniture finish worn off and TVs that don’t work. We keep coming back because of convenience of location.
