About this bed and breakfast
This casita holds up to 5 people comfortably. Large, fully stocked kitchen that opens to the living space with a tv and comfortable seating. This is a mother-in-law house behind the main house and has it's own paver driveway that can accommodate 2 cars. The yard space for the casita is private and open with all native plants and some fragrant star Jasmine to smell while sitting outside. The neighborhood is quiet and residential with hiking close by. Please no street parking.
This rental includes the casita and patio space at the entry. The other house on the property is rented out separately we ask that you respect the other guests privacy. Also, please no parking on the street. The main house has a very large driveway that you can park in if there is need for overflow but this needs to be okayed by us before hand. Please just park close to the guest house and keep room to still drive through the wrap around drive if this is okayed.
IMPORTANT!!! This casita is on the back right corner of the property behind the main house, it is a dark green stucco building that looks different than the main house. The main house is larger and has patios that are just for use by the main house guests. Please stay in the patio space at the entry of the casita. If you need more space ask about renting the whole property.
We are available as needed, just message us. We respect your privacy and we try to stay away unless needed. If there is an issue please communicate so we have a chance to make it right! We do have to maintain the house and grounds from time to time so there could be landscapers or handy man around the property during your stay, no one will enter the house without prior consent from you, the guest!

Walking distance from Green Tree Inn, a drop point for AZ shuttle to and from Phoenix airport.
Parking: as a request by the neighbors please no parking on the street, this is important. This casita has room for 2-3 cars. There is room for and additional one to possibly two cars in the main house gravel driveway. This would be not always available as the main house could be rented and need the space. This neighborhood is quiet and very peaceful with neighbors that like their privacy.

The cleaning fee that is charged is for a normal cleaning which includes: cleaning and changing linens, sweeping light messes and mopping, cleaning normal use of toilet, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces.
You are responsible for doing your dishes, cleaning up any excessive dirty areas, any excessive linen usage are to be cleaned up by you. You are responsible to take the trash to the trash bin at the end of your stay.
Our cleaning service will charge extra if there is excessive cleaning to be done and that extra charge will be charged to you.
