Spend your days swimming, fishing, tubing or kayaking from the riverbank, then unwind in hammocks, around the fire pit, or in the sunroom watching the water and wildlife. This is a true nature sanctuary: you’ll hear birds, see stars, and feel far from the city while still being close to restaurants, shops, and two beautiful state parks.”

“We love hosting well‑behaved pets and know they’re part of the family. Up to 4 pets are welcome with a $75 per pet, per stay fee, which helps us keep the home and grounds pet‑friendly for everyone. If you book direct with us, you will simply add your pets at booking. Note: Emotional support animals are not service animals under ADA and will be charged the pet fee. Nature & expectations
“This is a riverfront nature sanctuary, not the sterile 20th floor of a high‑rise. You may occasionally see harmless dirt daubers, lizards, spider webs, wasps, leaves on outdoor furniture, or other signs of nature, especially when outdoors. We clean and wipe surfaces regularly, but nature changes daily—if you see a bit of the outdoors on a chair or hammock, just brush it off with one of our pet towels, take a breath, and enjoy this peaceful, natural setting.”

Our stay was wonderful. Plenty of room for a large family or multiple families. The kitchen was large enough for multiple people at the same time. Large back yard and multiple lounge areas. Easy access to the river. Hope to be able to stay again.
