Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, vapes, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the home.
• A smoking violation fee will apply if evidence of smoking is found.
🎉 No Parties or Unauthorized Events
Parties and gatherings are not allowed.
• Events are only permitted with prior written approval from the host.
• Event fees may apply.
• Unauthorized parties or events may result in immediate cancellation without refund and additional fees.
🐕 Pets
Pets are allowed only if approved in advance.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive pet hair is found, especially on furniture, bedding, or carpets.
👟 No Shoes on Carpet
Please remove shoes before stepping onto carpeted areas to help maintain cleanliness and prevent damage.
🚗 Parking
• Only one (1) vehicle is allowed to park on the street directly in front of the house.
• No blocking driveways, sidewalks, or neighboring properties.
• Additional vehicles must follow local street-parking regulations.

• Quiet hours must be respected, especially during the evening and night.
• Please be mindful of neighbors at all times.
