Entire Townhouse 1,100 sq. ft. end unit with 3 bedrooms 2 baths for 6 guests:
1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen with 2 Full baths. Relaxing atmosphere Townhome with beautiful foliage and mountain views from every window. A mile stroll to a secluded lush and green year round trail to capture the breathtaking views of Bali Hai. 5 minutes short drive to the town of Hanalei for surfing, SUP, kayaking, snorkeling, hiking, sun bathing, fishing, and many delicious restaurants from which to choose. Just around the corner from fine dining, golfing, biking, and walking to enjoy the beautifully tropical landscape of Princeville neighborhoods. A very quiet neighborhood with an amazing view of Hanalei mountains. Free assigned parking.
Kauai shuttle bus that takes you to all parts of the island is within walking distance.

The home was clean and lovely. Even though there was no A/C, we were quite comfortable with the fans on and there were extra fans if the ceiling fans were not enough. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with everything we needed including some extra spices and things. Our host was extremely accommodating! We had an emergency come up right before our trip that nearly cancelled our trip and he was very patient and helpful with delaying our cancellation date. He was extremely responsive and understanding when we needed help with things while we were there and we felt very well taken care of! He even went above and beyond and got coloring books and age appropriate activity books and reading books for my young boys! The view from the deck into the jungle and master bedroom is gorgeous .

We had a great time. The rooms were upstairs and the kitchen/living on the main floor. Windows opened easily to create a great way to keep the house cool. Everything was updated and our family of 6 fit wonderfully. Pullout bed on the main couch was a fun bonus. Trees all around with birds and chickens. Location was great for walking to the resorts on the trail system and easily driving to Hanalei (5minutes). Easily recommended.

The house is very well maintained. The area is very quiet which is great. The last place we stayed in Princeville was so noisy with people and construction. This was like an oasis in the garden! There's a beautiful view of the mountains from two of the bedrooms, and there's a beautiful "tropical jungle" feel from the primary bedroom. The bathrooms are updated and the flooring and appliances are all updated. The kitchen is well stocked with basic supplies. The host was extremely responsive, even though we were there for the holidays. We did experience an issue with the internet not working, but we were able to get it resolved. Our bed was a little too firm for me, personally, and the roosters were particularly aggressively loud in our area around 2 or 3 am, but other than that, we had a great stay. The ceiling fans were great in all the bedrooms to keep the air circulating. The location is great, very close to everything in the Princeville/Hanalei area.

This is a huge condo for hawaiian standars. Duplex in small community just out of princeville. it was a great jumping off point for adventures on the Northshore. Be sure to walk to the dead-end and take in the views and fruit at Nourish Hanalei

We had a great time in HI and this property was perfect for access to Kalalau Trail just a short drive away. Property was very nice, had everything we needed, accurately described and pictured in listing. Host was very responsive too!

We really enjoyed our stay here, we could walk to the beautiful park like former plantation, and get to north Kauai with a short drive, south and east Kauai about an hour or so drive. The house was clean, everything worked, and the manager was very helpful. We hope to return!

Tram was very responsive and checked in on us throughout our stay. The unit was lovely, just redone and very clean. It was easy to find amd very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

We spent a week in this wonderful 2-stories-house which came with everything one might need. The communication with the owner was easy and a very friendly one. We felt very welcome. The house has a little porch close to a heavily planted area with trees, bushes on one side and a couple of chickens roaming around. Don't let this irritate you. Kauai is full of them and they appear clean and don't bother you. Washer, dryer, kitchen appliances and WIFI - everything worked well to our satisfaction. Two bathrooms included. We had a rental car, therefore we can't say anything about public transit. There are bus lines though. The grocery stores in Princeville or Hanalei are easy to reach within minutes. The PV one you can walk to in about 10 minutes. The house has no AC and from our experience you won't need one. The ventilators in every room do what they're supposed to do. Exploring the area we saw a lot of vacation rentals that have much higher rates. This one fulfilled all our basic needs. It is also close to the street but there is almost zero traffic in the evenings and at night - very quiet area. If we ever come back, we will try to rent the same place. It was a pleasure to stay there.
