This bright, spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome is located at Villas of Kamalii, in the prestigious resort community of Princevile. Perched on the highest part of world-famous Makai Golf Course, enjoy stunning mountain and waterfall views from your private balcony. This condo is walking distance to Makai clubhouse, Old Club Med trail, picturesque Nourish café, Russian fort, and Princeville’s beautiful sunset lookout. Hideaways beach, Sealodge beach, and the public beach at Hotel One resort are all within a mile. Enjoy the shops and restaurants at Princeville Center also, just a short two miles away.
This beautiful condo has everything you need to make you feel like you’ve arrived at your home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare gourmet meals and features a spacious island with beautiful granite countertops and a four-stool breakfast bar.
