Villas of Kamalii is a quality-constructed, premier gated community in Princeville. Villa #47 has incredible waterfall and mountain views that will simply amaze you. The Mokihana floor plan is an 1825sf split-level layout featuring a vaulted entry with an art nook, two master bedroom suites with air-conditioning units, a third bedroom/den, a garden courtyard, three lanais, and an attached single-car garage. Living space includes 55-inch cable television, and air-conditioning. Dining set for six with additional two barstools.
First Master Suite with King bed, ensuite bath with jacuzzi tub, separate large walk-in shower, cable television, and split AC unit.
