In a small residence in Carnac, the duplex apartment welcomes 8 of you for family or friends' holidays by the sea. The terrace-loggia and skylights offer an unobstructed view of the Men Du beach. From the morning at breakfast, you can admire the blue of the ocean. You can also enjoy the terrace in the early evening to prepare delicious grilled dishes. This accommodation is perfect for enjoying holiday pleasures, the beach and the activity of the Morbihan seaside resort!
Recent developments and a simple and elegant decor make the rental pleasant in all seasons. The 80 m² apartment is charming, nicely decorated and fully equipped to provide maximum comfort. The living space is divided over two floors, downstairs you will find an open space with a living room, dining room and a modern and very well-equipped kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker, raclette machine, toaster and kettle) and upstairs, you will find a second living room, ideal for a quiet moment and a good film on TV. The latter has access to the second balcony where you will love to sit and read.
The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms, the main bedroom is on the ground floor and enjoys an opening onto the beautiful wooden terrace, it also has a private bathroom, the second double bedroom is on the third floor, it is a soft cocoon where one wants to snuggle, the third bedroom will be ideal for children, it is equipped with a bunk bed and the fourth is a cosy nest equipped with a single bed.
For even more comfort, the apartment also has two additional bathrooms, two toilets, a plancha, a washer-dryer, three televisions, an iron and a hairdryer.
