Holiday Home Kreiz An Avel by Interhome

Great location - a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Well kept garden, cosy big terrace. Plenty of space inside and outside the house, great with children but also in case you just want to have it quiet. Fully equipped kitchen. Bedding and towels were provided and OK - only the quality of the pillows could be better (we brought our own ones, taking into account previous ratings).

The house is managed by Interhome. We stayed 7 nights and contacted Interhome repeatedly for five days on all provided contact channels (WhatsApp, SMS, email, phone) to get WiFi (which was explicitly included for free). Only on day 5 Interhome came back, telling that there is no WiFi and finally, after first claiming that WiFi was not included in our contract (wrong!), offering a mobile solution (which we didn’t use anymore as we were going to leave again). So in case you have a problem upon arrival or in the house, don’t count on a fast response or solution. Also the Interhome reminders all over the house to keep your water and electricity consumption to a minimum are simply annoying and below the standards of the house (should we take showers at the campsite nearby?). If Interhome would be more reactive and customer oriented, I would have given a 10 for the house.

L’emplacement est top et la maison agréable !

La literie, les couettes et oreillers ne sont pas du tout confortable. Ça serait chouette de laisser un minimum de produit commun, sel et poivre ou encore de l’huile. Là il n’y a vraiment rien du tout.
