For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 2.5 km, sandy beach "de Calpe" 16 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Terra Mítica, Mundomar, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Fonts de l'Algar (Callosa d'en Sarriá).
