The property is attached on one side (the confining property is only used from time to time), surrounded by a garden, which is set in terraces and completely fenced.

The house is surrounded by trees and a big green garden, although it lies in a residential area and close to the motorway ( which can be heard in some moments of the day and of the year) and close to important connecting routes.

After arriving you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property perfect for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a private pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of visiting museums. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a barbecue grill and playground. There is a kitchen including microwave, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to eight people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished veranda where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
