The property was well maintained on the outside, crystal clean pool and beautiful grounds. The unit was very clean and as shown in the pictures. We were provided a stocked water cooler and refills were only $2.00, delivered. There were A/C units in both bedrooms and the living room and ceiling fans. All of the appliances, including the washer/dryer were in good condition.
In order to go to the grocery store or restaurants (10 minutes) or the beach (15 minutes) you have to walk through a depressed neighborhood. It was perfectly safe during the day, but it was a shock to walk past mountains of trash. We did it every day and got used to it.
Gregory, the on sight property manager was very helpful and arranged our transportation to the airport and fixed our television.

Very close to beach and dining. Only complaints is that there is no queen bed as advertised but a double. And the window screens all need to be replaced, one did fall apart and was replaced right away by Gregory, but all others need replacement.
