Located in the quiet and relaxing Sun Beach Residencial in the Cortecito area, with exclusive access to 1 pool, a private beach with restaurants, bars, a reception desk, and security guards providing 24-hour security.
Everything you need is within walking distance; the amazing beach club (4 min), restaurants, bars, exotic juice stands, souvenir and tour shops, and mini-markets are all within walking distance.
Nightclubs, bars, and large supermarkets are all accessible via a 5-minute Uber ride or a “poppy” (small taxi).
The apartment is on the first floor and is well-furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the complex offers 24-hour security.
Parking is free within the residential area, just a few meters from the apartment.
It features a spacious living room with a sofa, a dining room with a TV, a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two beds, another bathroom, and a kitchen. (The apartment can easily accommodate up to 4 people.)

The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, TVs, air conditioning in every room, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and blender.
Essential supplies such as sheets and towels, shampoo, and shower gel are also included in the price. Additional housekeeping is available upon request for an extra charge.
As the owner, I’m available to assist with any needs you may have and to ensure you have the best possible stay. I’m happy to provide directions for excursions and places to visit upon request.

The apartment is on the first floor.
Parking is free within the residential area, just a few meters from the house.
Access to the swimming pool, all common areas, and the private beach is available through the beach club (a minimum daily consumption of 8 dollars is required to use chairs and umbrellas).
Please book for the correct number of people for security and pricing reasons (the price increases slightly for each person in the reservation) and to allow us to prepare the apartment properly.
Airport pickup and excursions to Saona Island, Catalina, Santo Domingo, and other destinations are available upon request.

Please book for the correct number of guests for security reasons (guests not listed cannot enter the 24-hour security area) and to allow us to prepare the apartment properly.
Electricity is NOT included in the price. You pay for what you use; it costs 40 cents per kilowatt-hour. I usually ask for a $ 10$ -a-day deposit; if you use less, I’ll refund it, and if you use more, I’ll ask for the difference. Using the two air conditioners overnight will cost approximately $10–15 per day. We kindly ask that you turn off the A/C when you go out during the day.

We loved this place! It feels very safe as it is in a gated community. It was clean and communication with Lorenzo was smooth and clear. Check-in was easy and fast. I'd stay there again!

We stayed here for 7 nights. It is inside a gated community with 24hrs security, very safe.The apartment was meticulous,very clean rooms,bedding, they provided towels which was a good surprise for us.Everything you will need is already there! Spacious apartment with a nice balcony and amenities. There's a shop right next to it to buy some groceries, many restaurants within walkin distance and the beach was also a few minutes walk. We will definitely book again.
