Great proximity with the Punta Cana International Airport 20 minute drive, San Juan Super mall, 16 minute drive, 9 championship golf courses just 4 - 35 minute drive away. Palma Real Mall just a 4 minute drive away.

Good location, close to everything you need, secured area. The walking doesnt bother us. The bedrooms in condo definitely needs screens to keep the bugs out. We didnt even us the AC.

The property was just as advertised
The pool is wonderful only thing
Would be nice to have had more chairs !
Also a bbq sure would have been nice to have on the property!

We enjoyed our vacation in Punta Cana. We stayed in a Condo for 15 nights. The walk to the beach was approximately 20 mins., some days it felt longer. The temps were 82 degrees everyday. We got simple directions to find restaurants to go to. We enjoyed exploring the area & had some great meals.
The mosquitoes were awful at night & the patio doors did not have screens, so just before dusk we had to close the patio doors & turn on the air conditioner. Hoping no mosquitoes made it inside. Unfortunately our bedrooms conditioner crapped out on are second last day there. Overall the property was clean & the pool lovely after our day on the beach.
There were people who lived in some of the condos in our complex, across from us they owned dogs & they would constantly bark. Got very annoying when you are trying to sleep. After the second night of no sleep we had to complain to security, after this they were kept quiet.
The roosters wake up call was welcoming.
My next visit will be for 10 days closer to the beach, so we can get shade when need be on the beach
