About this cabin rental
Simple farm life on our quiet, remote property welcomes you into our family. Rest in a cozy cabin, and wake up to beautiful peaceful surroundings.
We’re on a private place in the country, surrounded by various types of livestock, wildlife, and freshly-growing food.
Guests have access to the entire main level of the cabin which is handicap accessible. (Basement has its own entrance and is sometimes occupied by friends or family.)
Step back into time a few years and enjoy life with no TV or microwave! Because we live remotely, phone and internet service can be challenging. Let us know ahead of time what your needs are and we’ll let you know what to expect.

River beaches
-14 min; 5.3 miles to The Boils Wildlife Management Area on the Roaring River; pebble beach, swim, fish
-15 min; 6.7 miles to Roaring River Park; sandy beach, swim, boat launch
Waterfalls
28 min;17.8 miles to Cummins Falls State Park
At some times of the year, guests have the option of becoming part of our extended family during their stay. Optional services are also sometimes provided. Some require an additional fee.

Cute little cabin out in the middle of nowhere...which just perfect when you're trying to get away. The cabin was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Love the large walk-in shower We we're a little surprised that there wasn't a TV but we figured who needs a TV when you're trying to get away. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. Loved watching the dogs herd the sheep Sunday morning. That was a real treat.

We got married April 12th. We wanted to spent 3 days in Tennessee for the Water Fall trips ( DO THEM!!). Emily, your place is a God Place. We are family. We are grateful. See you next year! DW and JW.

I absolutely loved the location and the country living! Very peaceful and quiet! The farm animals were just amazing! The only thing i did not like was there wasnt much privacy. The owners walked past the property multiple times a day and there was cameras on evey corner of the cabin and every post in the yard.
