About this apartment rental
The apartment is on the ground floor of our home. We live upstairs if you need anything; but you will have complete privacy during your stay. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom. The living room has a full size sofa sleeper. Two roll-away cots are also available. The apartment is in a safe and friendly neighborhood. We have plenty of driveway parking. Enjoy Wi-Fi, lots of cable channels and a Wii for the kids. Children and non-aggressive pets are welcome.
Patterson Knob is in the southern part of Nashville. A rental car is recommended. It is an easy drive to downtown and local hot spots. We are 11 miles from downtown Broadway (average Uber drive is $15) and 8 miles from the airport. Living on a hill is a challenge for walkers but the view is beautiful.

Cozy little spot, only thing I’d say is if you’re tall you’ll want to watch your head going in & out of the bathroom. Other than that, simple and easy to get everything taken care of.

The property was as described. Very clean and well supplied. Several games, books, and such. We were there for grandkids sports, so didn’t really get to use them. Only complaint is that we were required to purchase the damage insurance. With all the taxes and fees, it almost doubled the nightly fee. But because the nightly fee was so reasonable, it was still cheaper than most others in the area. Overall it was a good experience.

The hosts were friendly and the accommodations were clean. We enjoyed the peace and quiet after a day exploring downtown Nashville. We felt safe and check-in and out was easy. We would stay again.
