About this campground/ rv resort rental

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located on a dead end, enjoy the peaceful and relaxing nature of living in the country. Beatiful sunset views from the back porch, and a nice front porch to sip your coffee in the morning. Only 7 minutes away from the nearest boat ramp next to Hwy 60 and 8 minutes from the Dayton Boat Ramp where fishing tournaments are held. Only five minutes away from grocery stores, and 10 minutes away from Bryan College. Just a note, if you are bringing pets there is an extra fee. If you do not disclose that you will be bringing pets then we will add the fee to your stay unless we have come to an agreement before hand.

Everything was clean and owner was easy to deal with. We were there for our kids' basketball tournament and were traveling with my parents, so just 4 of us. We brought in the chairs from the back deck so we weren't all sitting on the couch since that was the only seating option in the living room .

There is absolutely no way that you can unload a motorcycle on this property. The gravel (large rocks) make it difficult to walk on, let alone unload a bike. It was also VERY steep. I had specifically asked about unloading and was assured we could.
